Shipping policy

We process and ship all in-stock items within 1–3 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

For U.S. orders, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch. International orders generally arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination.

Pre-order items are custom-made and require 1–8 weeks for fulfillment. Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled.

Customs duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the order total and may be collected upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
